The Hofsas House has a year-round heated swimming pool for
use by guests. This is quite a luxury in Carmel-by-the-Sea since most of the
inns in the heart of the village are on small lots.

Dry Saunas |
In the European tradition, there are two dry saunas, men’s and women’s, to
enjoy after your swim or walk to the beach.

View Deck Areas |
The Hofsas House was built into a hill that allows for magnificent ocean
views from our forth floor deck area. This view deck area is a great place to
sit, read, and enjoy a glass of wine while watching a glorious sunset.

Off-Street Parking |
Ample off-street parking is available allowing guests to take in the beauty of
Carmel-by-the-Sea by walking everywhere in town.

Continental Breakfast |
Continental breakfast is available every morning from 8 to 10 AM in the
Lobby. Guests may enjoy talking with our friendly staff or other guests in
the Lobby, or take a tray to their room or to the view deck areas. After 9
AM, the continental breakfast can be delivered to your room by request. The
breakfast includes: orange juice, French Roast coffee, tea, hot chocolate, a
variety of fresh pastries delivered from a local bakery and fresh fruit.

All of the spacious rooms have cable television, telephones, and private
bathrooms with such amenities as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a vanity
kit. Fireplaces, wet bars, kitchens or private balconies are available in
some rooms. Deluxe rooms have coffee makers, microwaves and refrigerators.
Available upon request are irons, ironing boards and hair dryers. |

Rooms, lobby area, meeting room, pool area and view deck areas have free
wireless DSL Internet access. |

Dog Friendly Rooms |
Some of our rooms are dog friendly. There is an additional charge for the
pet. Carmel is a dog friendly town where dogs can run off-leash on Carmel
Beach. Our gracious staff can recommend restaurants that welcome your pet
for lunch and dinner. |
